Charming big spacious 2 storey beach-house backing on to the beach with your own beach path through the tropical garden. Polished timber floors, with a beautiful Bali feel.

Character-filled eco-chic family friendly home nestled behind the dunes in one of the BEST POSITIONS in Sawtell. This big comfy beach house offers a stainless steel kitchen with a gas cooktop, a 10 seater dining table, relaxing open-space living area downstairs with a ROMANTIC double Bali bed, a reading den. And a PIANO

We are not 50 shades of grey marble, we are comfy and quirky. The Big House has 3 decks/balconies, and 2 bathrooms plus an outside hot shower for after-swims. Free wifi.

Upstairs: 2 romantic Q bedrooms with joint ensuite with shower and spa bath; rumpus room with lounge, TV, a king single bed, a single day-bed, another outside daybed on the top balcony, 2 decks and lots of room to spread out. Double Bali bed downstairs.

YOUR OWN BEACH PATH at the bottom of the garden to gorgeous Sawtell beach with rock pools, headland and surf. A hot/cold outside shower when you get back.

Cafes, pubs and boutiques , and a MOVIE THEATRE all a short stroll in fabulous Sawtie main st.. Tennis, golf, lawn bowls, famous Rock pool, surf club, and a much loved Movie Theatre reopened, all a short stroll away.

Luxurious Bali styled garden has our Buddha Bar hut, and yr path to Sawtell beach.

Sleeps 6 - 8 extra guests above 6 = $20 p/n

We are proud to say we have hosted well-known artists, actors, a famous conductor, a judge with her pet cat a poet laureate, a family with a pet Joey, and many many happy families with their grandparents and grandbabies.

I expected that the property was fully fenced given the statement in the advertisement and we found that with an adventurous dog, gates that didn't lock and no fence in the main garden area was a problem. Certainly once we arrived and read Shellie's helpful information she states several times that the property is not fully fenced.

As the description noted, this property is not fenced at the rear going on to non-dog friendly beach. A dog needs to be either tied up or left inside if you leave the house without them. The closest dog friendly beaches are a car trip away, not on your doorstep.
